Enjoying the fruits of Cleve
Abigail, Raghu, Eliza and I went to check out a house that Raghu and Abigail are considering purchasing their first fixer-upper. 10:00am wakeup call and we had an appointment with the Bank's realitor at 11:00am. There are some areas of the house that Eliza and I are concerned about, where the North side of the house has some water damage, the Mold/mildew issue in the basement, and re-zoning the heating areas. We are calling in the experts, and hopefully our father will be able to fly out before the house goes on the market. Many of the original fixtures and flooring has been ripped out but the original integrity of the structures, including the moldings are still intact.
After spending an hour and a half photographing the insides of the house, looking at the slate roof, we tried going to the Inn at Convetry for brunch, which had a 25 minute wait, then tried to go to Tom's down the street but settled on Otupi, my favorite South Indian eatery.
